No matter what price you pay you will only be given the basic wash so dont spend anything over the basic price. Just to see the difference I did back to back washes of all the levels and there is no added soap, rinsing, coating, or passes by the washer. It is the exact same regarless of the price you pay. Additionally, dryer doesn't work either - even if you pay for it, so make sure you have a large mocrofiber towel. I have a ceramic coated Lexus and take it here when Im being lazy and dont want to hand wash my vehicle. This is good if you normally keep your vehicle very clean and just need to get the dust off.

I am sharing this feedback in hopes that you can improve your service and oversight. I just want to express my disappointment regarding the service. I spent $15 on a wash, but the service was ineffective and did not even dry my truck. Furthermore, there was no staff available on-site to address my concerns at the time!

I paid for the $15 wash and I can't even tell if I got everything that was supposed to come with it. There is still visible dirt and spots on my windows. The dryer didn't even activate. It just told me to drive out. So I waited to see if they would turn on. Nope.

Love this car wash, i have used it for almost 5 years. I don’t take my car anywhere that washes and touches my car. Very picky; but lately I have gone and the undercarriage part of the wash or the dryer has not worked 🙃 I always get the premium wash and it washes under my car and dries but it hasn’t the last two times. Not sure if that feature isn’t available or just not currently working.

Don’t let these previous reviews steer you wrong . I’m very particular with my BMW car wash . I just had surgery so I can’t wash it by hand . The car is also to low to take it to those washes that you hafto drive up while being guided by someone who cars less if you scratch your wheels up against the pole or rack . So I choose this touch less laxer wash . I paid 15 $ and I was super impressed . Car looked sharp . Didn’t miss any spots . And most importantly, no scratches /damage during the process. If you care about your car , like I care about mine . Not just anyone can do the job . But I recommend this wash . It was very impressive. Definitely coming back ! Update . Car can only be dusty , after a heavy rain must wash immediately. Anything after that . Kick rocks . Pound mud ! Elsewhere in life , good job
